Customs cleared and bank-ready, from one desk.

An export that clears customs but fails at the bank has not shipped. We handle both ends: the Bill of Export and EXP form on the customs side, and the shipping documents your buyer’s letter of credit demands on the commercial side.

For RMG exporters working to a shipment window, we work backwards from the vessel cut-off rather than forwards from your document date — which is the only way a deadline gets met.

What you get

  • Scheduled to the carrier cut-off, not to our convenience
  • Bank-ready document sets, checked against the LC terms
  • Bonded-exporter formalities handled in full

How it runs

  1. Cut-off planning

We fix the filing date backwards from the vessel or flight cut-off, not forwards from your invoice date.

  2. EXP and Bill of Export

Both are prepared and filed, with the bank details your LC requires.

  3. Customs assessment

Export assessment is completed and any query resolved before the cargo is trucked in.

  4. Loading and on-board

Cargo is delivered, loaded and the on-board confirmation obtained.

  5. Document set to your bank

The full negotiable set is assembled and handed to your bank within the LC presentation period.

Questions we get asked

Yes, and it is the deadline we plan around. Tell us the LC expiry and the presentation period and we schedule the filing to fit it.

Tell us what is shipping. We will tell you what it costs to clear.

Four questions about your consignment and you get an indicative breakdown of our charges and the duty to expect — before you speak to anyone.
