The port leg, handled by people who are already there.

Customs release is not the end. The container still has to be located in the yard, the port charges paid, the survey done where required and the delivery order collected from the shipping line before anything moves through the gate.

We have people stationed at the port for exactly this. It is unglamorous work and it is where most of the days in a clearance timeline are actually lost.

What you get

  • Permanent liaison presence at the port
  • DO validity matched to transport so it never expires unused
  • Container deposits tracked and recovered

How it runs

  1. Port charges

Port dues and handling charges are computed and settled.

  2. Locate and survey

The container is located in the yard and surveyed where the cargo or the line requires it.

  3. Delivery order

The DO is collected from the shipping line against the endorsed bill of lading.

  4. Gate out

Transport is matched to the DO validity and the box leaves the port.
